The community showed up for MADA in a huge way, and we are beyond grateful to every single person who came to City Council, spoke during public comment, supported online, shared posts, sent messages, and stood with us throughout this process.
Watching so many voices come together in support of our effort to get the lease passed was emotional and deeply meaningful. This video is just a glimpse of the passion, care, and commitment our community showed tonight.

Today at MAKE Santa Fe, our YouthWorks students showed up with creativity and purpose in support of the Midtown Arts and Design Alliance (MADA) and all of the partners of which YouthWorks is one!
From designing t-shirts to creating custom pieces, they weren’t just making art, they were building skills and confidence for their future in school, work, and life.
This is what opportunity looks like when young people are given space to lead.
We’re proud to stand with them as we head to Town Hall on May 13, 5–7pm bringing their voices and momentum with us. Join us in making the future happen here in Midtown!
