✨ New @odd_row pattern release✨
Before I even finished my Alice Jacket for the Isager Archives 2 collection, I knew that I had to make a sweater in the same concept, with a beautiful folded v-neck to complement the diagonal lines.
Just like the jacket, this can be worked with either one or two contrast colours. And throughout the pattern you will be thoroughly guided by video tutorials for all the techniques - and hopefully you will be entertained and learn something new.

My new glazes are looking very promising…
I am considering adding just a tiny bit more Rutile to the cream glaze and lowering the specific gravity. I like the parts that are more thinly applied and the interesting effect when it is layered or unevenly applied.
The brown glaze needs a bit more cobalt oxide to make it break even more black at the edges.
This is one of the things I love the most about developing my own glazes. The unpredictability and constant movement in my work.

All translations, pattern layouts, photo edits and video tutorials are done on my Alice Jacket, which I have been working on for months, and now the release is only a few days away. I have treated myself to a quiet morning in the studio, just me, my coffee, finishing a batch of buttons, packing yarn orders and throwing a planter for hanging on the wall.

Launch day ✨
The day has finally arrived and I am so proud to show my contribution to the Isager Archives collection.
The Tove set consists of a shirt blouse with a collar and a mosaic knitted yoke along with a simple skirt in mosaic knitting. The inspiration was two patterns from the 60s and 70s archives - a fitted blouse with a button placket and a mosaic knitted vest, both of which were typical of the time.
Together Tove Shirt & Skirt make an elegant set - or the shirt blouse can be combined with your favorite trousers and the skirt with a classic shirt. Both styles are knitted in Spinni, which was also used in both of the original patterns - now with a thread of Silk Mohair added.
Tove Shirt is knitted top-down. First, the collar is worked in rib and then the yoke is knitted in mosaic knitting with one or more contrasting colours. The body and sleeves are in stockinette stitch and decreases are made to define the waist. The sleeves are finished off with mosaic knitted cuffs.
Tove Skirt is a simple mosaic knitted skirt. It can be knitted as a short model for above the knee or as a slightly longer pencil skirt for mid-calf. The skirt is worked in the round, from the waist down, in mosaic knitting.

Very soon, the pattern for Notebook Sweater is ready to be published. A pre-order is now open for yarn kits in our new hand dyed Baby Alpaca. The gauge matches perfectly with just a single strand in each colour, which makes the project so much easier. And the touch of the yarn is so soft ☁️.
We have added 6 new colours to our Tonal scheme: Slate, Terracotta, Mocha, Duck Egg, Antique Rose and Deep Indigo. Between the now 12 colours, there are so many beautiful combinations. Our webshop system limits it to 15 predefined variants, so we added an option to customize your own as well.
