For Richmond Lions Manor-Fentiman, we joined @vchhealthcare , @eitarohirotaarchitecture and @makeprojectsltd at @plan.your.space , Canada’s largest full-scale floorplan studio, to put the design to the test.
By walking the design in 1:1 scale, staff, and project sponsors experienced their future long-term care facility as if it were already complete. Using mobility aids, furniture blocks, and mock equipment, the team tested circulation, accessibility, and daily operations—identifying challenges and making confident decisions together.
