Banana Cheesecake Slice
Base
1 Cup Medjool Dates
1 Cup Hazelnut Meal
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp Date Water
Banana Cream
1 Cup Soaked Cashews
1 Medium Banana
1/3 Cup Thick Coconut Cream
1 Scoop Banana Protein Powder @macr0mike
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Tsp Turmeric for colour
Method
1. Boil kettle and soak dates and cashews in separate bowls
2. Once dates have been soaking for 10 minutes or longer in a food processor add all base ingredients
3. Pulse until a thick crumbly texture is formed
4. Place into a lined glass container and use your hand or spatula to flatten down.
5. Rinse food processor and add all ingredients from your banana cream layer
6. Pulse until smooth.
7. Place mixture on top of the base and place slice into freezer
8. After a few hour slice and coat each top with chocolate and coconut flakes.

1/4 Cup Wild Blueberries
1/2 Lemon squeezed
1 Tsp Manuka Honey
1 Tsp Celtic Salt
1/3 Cup Cranberry Pineapple Juice @oceansprayanz
Top up with Coconut water
In a blender add Blueberries,Lemon,Manuka Honey, Celtic Salt and Cranberry Juice. Once blended in a glass add ice cubes and strain mixture into glass. Top up with coconut water and enjoy.

Anzac Inspired Cookies Filled W/ Chocolate Bone Broth
Recipe
Ingredients
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Spelt Flour
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/2 Cup Melted Salted Butter
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Baking Soda mix with 2 Tbsp Boiling water (to make paste)
Filling

Method
1. Pre heat oven to 180c
2. In a large mixing bowl combine oats and desiccated coconut.
3. Add in flour and coconut sugar using a sieve to ensure there are no lumps.
4. Add all wet ingredients into same bowl excluding the baking soda
5. In a small ramekin/dish add 1 Tsp baking soda with 2 Tbsp Boiling water. Mix and pour into batter
6. Combine all together and roll into balls and slightly flatten onto a lined baking tray.
7. Bake for 16 minutes on 180c
8. Let cool before spreading chocolate filling into each centre.

Satay Crispy Rice Salad
Crispy Rice
2 Cups Cooked Rice
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Satay Seasoning
1 Tbsp Tamari
Satay sauce
2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Tamari
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tsp Maple Syrup
Water to thin if needed
Method
1. Pre heat oven to 180c
2. On a lined baking tray add cooked rice, satay seasoning, Tamari and oil combine until rice is covered.
3. Spread and flatten around lined dish and place in oven for 40-45 minutes on 180c ensure to move around rice throughout cooking time so the edges wonāt burn.
4. While rice is cooking prepare satay sauce.
5. Add water if needed to thin sauce and set aside
6. Once rice is cooked and cooled assemble salad ingredients, add rice and sauce
7. Mix, add your choice of protein if desired and Enjoy.

Crumble
3/4 Cup GF Oat Flour
1/2 Cup GF Rolld Oats
1/4 Shredded Coconut

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
Pinch of salt
Drizzle
3 Tbsp Golden Gaytime Protein mixed with water
Method
1. In a large mixing bowl combine dry and then add wet ingredients
2. Mix until well combined and a thick liquid mixture has formed and set aside
3. In a smaller mixing bowl combine crumble ingredients and mix until you have thick clusters
4. Pour batter into to a lined rectangle/square baking dish
5. Sprinkle your crumble on top and place in oven on 180c for 30min then cook for another 20 minutes on 165c
6. poke a hole in centre using a skewer to make sure itās cooked through if it comes out clean it is ready if not bake for a bit longer.
7. Let cool before you top with drizzle and slice

Raspberry Chia Jam Drops
Cookie
1 1/2 Cups Desiccated Coconut
1/2 Cup Almond Meal
1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch Of Salt
Raspberry Jam
1 1/2 Cup Raspberries
1/4 Cup Cranberry Raspberry Juice @oceansprayanz
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Method
1. In a large mixing bowl combine all cookie ingredients besides egg
2. In a separate bowl add egg and whisk
3. Combine egg with rest of ingredients and mix until a dough is formed
4. Set aside in fridge while you prepare jam
5. In a saucepan add raspberries and turn on a low heat
6. Add rest of ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes
7. Once raspberries are cooked and mushy take of heat, the jam will thicken as it cools.
8. While jam is cooling roll cookies into balls and flatten onto a baking tray
9. Make a small indent in the middle using your finger for the jam to sit in.
10. Once jam is thick and cooled place a dollop of jam in the centre of each cookie
11. Place in oven for 170c for 18 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy.

Pistachio Cream Filled Easter Egg
Ingredients
200g DF White Chocolate
(100g each layer)
Dash of Coconut Oil
Pistachio Filling
1 cup Pistachios
1/4 Cup White Choc Pistachio Easter Egg Protein Powder @macr0mike
1/3 Cup Coconut Cream (thick part)
1/4 Maple Syrup
Pinch of salt
Method
1. Melt 100g white chocolate with a dash of coconut oil
2. In an Easter egg mould pour melted chocolate covering the base in a fine layer
3. Set aside in fridge for 30 minutes
4. While chocolate is setting add 1 Cup of pistachios to a food processor and mill until a fine course powder
5. Add Protein powder and rest of ingredients and blend
6. Once combined and a thick paste has formed place a scoop of nut butter into each individual mould, ensure you leave just enough room for more melted chocolate on top
7. Once you have added nut butter melt another 100g of Chocolate.
8. Pour on top and let set in fridge for a few hours
9. Once set pop out your easter eggs out of moulds and store in fridge

Ingredients
2 large Bananas
1/2 Cup Powdered Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 Cup Vanilla Buttercream Protein @macr0mike
1/2 Almond Meal
1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
Pinch of Salt
Top with
80g Mylk Chocolate
Crushed peanuts
Method
1. In a large mixing bowl add 2 large bananas and mash
2. In a separate bowl add 1/2 a cup of PB Powder with water mix until smooth consistency ensure all powder is mixed in.
3. Add Peanut Butter to large mixing bowl along with rest of ingredients.
4. Mix until a thick batter is formed.
5. In a glass baking dish lay baking paper and scoop out mixture.
6. Use a spatula to ensure all corners are covered and is smooth on top
7. Place glass dish into freezer for 2 hours or more
8. Once your mixture has set, take out of glass container and slice into bars
9. Melt chocolate and dip bars into chocolate.
10. Top with crushed nuts and store in freezer
11. Let sit out for 5 minutes before eating.

Few Heaped Tbsp Vanilla Coconut Yogurt combined with 2 Heaped Tbsp Birthday Cake Peanut Butter Powder. Mix well.
Method
1. Pre heat oven to 170c
2. In a large mixing bowl bowl combine all dry ingredients
3. In a small separate bowl add 2 Tbsp flaxseed with 6 tbsp water and stir
4. Once a gel like substance has formed add banana and mash.
5. Pour this mixture into dry ingredients and add remainder of wet ingredients
6. Stir mixture well until combined
7. Using a spatula fold in youād add ins.
8. Pour mixture into lined bread tin.
9. Place in oven for 40 minutes
10. Once 40 minutes is up. Turn down oven temperature to 160 for another 10 minutes.
11. Poke top with a fork if the fork comes back clean it is cooked if not place it in oven for a bit longer.
12. let cool before icing and enjoy.

2x Apples
2x eggs
300g Spelt flour
200ml Almond Milk

Stuffing
1 Tbsp EVOO
400g Turkey Mince
1 Onion Diced
1 Tsp Crushed Garlic
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon, Cumin and Allspice
1/2 Juice of an Orange
1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach
1/3 Cup Craisins @oceansprayanz
1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Large Kent Pumpkin
Method
1. In a large saucepan add oil and onion and cook until translucent.
2. Add garlic and turkey mince and cook until turkey has browned
3. Add spices cinnamon,cumin,allspice, parsley and salt.
4. Add orange juice and mix through and reduce heat
5. Add chopped spinach, pecans, quinoa and crasins and give it a good mix.
6. Pre heat oven to 180c
7. Set saucepan aside and prep your pumpkin.
8. On a large chopping board cut the head off the pumpkin and scoop out seeds.
9. Once de seeded add your stuffing into the hole of the pumpkin and pop the top of the pumpkin back on top of the stuffing.
10. Drizzle olive oil over pumpkin and cover with foil
11. place in over on 180c for 1 hour and 45 minutes
12. Take pumpkin out once time timer is done and remove foil. Place in oven for another 15 minutes before serving.
