There are multiple ways to learn the life saving skill of CPR and different levels of certification. To simplify think.
1. BLS Certification: Generally more expensive/ comprehensive. Mandated for certain professions.
2. Friends and Family CPR: More affordable option for general population. Receive a certificate of participation.
3. Hands Only CPR: Accessible, simplified yet effective training. Many local AHA offices offer this training for free to community organizations. Contact yours today!
Whichever path you decide we recommend EVERYONE receive hands on training. Learn to save the one you love.
