Imagine being part of a Mr. Beast type group like this, but with ALL ARTISTS(!)… Well, help has arrived. I’m starting INCUBATORS (for artists using video to promote their work). I match creatives into groups of 4, for weekly feedback sessions. Now you can finally grow faster than you would if you were doing it alone. It’s only available to my ride or dies right now, but keep an eye out for when it goes public. Only in ++CHRCH (powered by The Mystery School) #linkinbio
The best Christmas gift for an artist you love! Especially as we enter a precarious 2026.
P.S. I took these pictures last night with an incredible artist on the rise that you will be hearing about in 2026. Stay tuned.
This summer, in my little artist workshop (21 artists), every week I’ve been picking a new artist to spotlight and then... to “rip ‘em to shreds”. Yes, I’ve been giving them (loving) brutal honesty about how/what they’re sharing online. At first, I thought most people would shy away from the intense criticism. But it was the opposite. Soon, everyone wanted to “be next”. They were even hurt when they weren’t “chosen”. Everyone WANTED hardcore feedback on their work. Even if it was harsh. You can probably imagine why. We’re in a feedback drought. It’s all “go girl!” comments 100% of the time. Few mentors out there have the guts (or experience) to actually tell you the truth about what you’re doing. So you’re kinda just left on your own to figure it all out. That sucks. ’Cause at least with harsh criticism, even when you don’t fully agree, it still has a way of chiming some bells in your head. And epiphanies these days are priceless. But as you know, criticism is at its most powerful when it’s done in a safe place. That’s why I created ++CHRCH last year (powered by The Mystery School). It’s not for everybody, that’s for sure. #truthlotion 🎥: @art.by.pax
Your whole life, you were taught never to talk to strangers. And unfortunately, you listened. You were so obedient that it eventually became your personality. Always averting your eyes. Not realizing how much this fear of confrontation, fear of rejection, and fear of adventure was stifling your creative potential. Today this ends. #truthlotion
Your goal as an artist posting on social media should always be to start a conversation. If you haven’t made art worthy of that goal, then get off your phone and go make it. You’re an artist. You’re not here to “make content to fill someone’s feed.” You’re here to “make art that moves people”. In The Mystery School, we call this DROPPING BOMBS. #truthlotion
