The brand has evolved.
What started in my college bedroom as a blog is now a global platform, product line, and company. The vision expanded, and with that, it was time for a full office evolution too.
The vision was a fresh take on our signature pink with Japanese minimalism meets modern European elegance. Paired with clean lines, natural materials, with a lot of custom textures. It was time for the pink to mature- it’s now buttery soft and more grounded. The same identity, just refined to feel like The Skinny Confidential, upgraded.
This office isn’t just a place to work or write for me. It reflects the current era of the brand.
Every detail was considered, every corner was of course designed with intention alongside someone I respect so much- @davidsamuelko of @maison.ko . His taste is immaculate. He truly understood the vision and executed it exactly how I imagined, and then elevated it.
This is the foundation for what we’re building next.

Step into Bond’s nursery 🌳 drawing inspiration from the English countryside and the tones of nature. We worked with @maison.ko to design this space that is now a sanctuary for our newest baby boy. From the mural wallpaper and the mixing of different woods, to the custom touches like the wall-to-wall scalloped valance and vintage art with a side of special personal trinkets. Bond’s nursery is an ideal harmony between peace and play. Looking forward to sharing more with you guys !

One of our favorite elements in @laurynbosstick ’s office are these custom linear shades made of hinoki wood and rice paper. Japanese minimalism was a huge inspiration for Lauryn’s office and we wanted to incorporate shoji screens in a modern way. They are completely operable and allow for Lauryn to adjust them however she wishes.

When designing the new office, we focused on clean choices: air filtration, non-toxic paint, grounding materials. The kind of details you absolutely, very much feel.
Just say YES if you want suggestions on how you can design with a clean space in mind.
The office is where my vision happens and ideas get refined.
I’ve learned that the way I curate my space ends up affects my habits and focus. Small details like this @verdidesign rug add a grounding, calming energy.
I get a lot of questions about the systems, the setup, and the little things that make it all work.

Another space within @theskinnyconfidential new office is the content studio, designed to showcase our tools in a way that feels natural while allowing guests to experience them firsthand. Also it helps inspire the team from a development standpoint and is fun for content creation. We wanted the room to feel like a fully functional extension of the brand…AND it’s one of my favorite rooms because it feels grounding in the best way.
A closer look at @laurynbosstick ’s office at @theskinnyconfidential . When we first spoke with Lauryn during the initial design process, her main priority was to elevate her brands signature pink. She wanted it to feel sophisticated and less kitschy. We knew right off the bat a custom @sabine_marcelis pink desk was necessary.
Lauryn wanted her office to feel calming so we leaned into Japanese minimalism and incorporated elements of Hinoki wood, rice paper screens, and of course a Noguchi lamp to create a serene environment.
Artfully displaying her product was also very important. We designed the custom brass shelving to showcase her beauty tools in a way that makes it look like they are encased in ice.
Lastly, we wanted to add texture to the space to bring in dimension that felt intentional. We were inspired by her skincare products and used raked plaster to mimic the textures of a moisturizer or cream.
We are so excited to finally share this space and cannot wait to show you more 💖

The @tatcha Longevity Retreat 🌊✨🩵 Guests were flown seaside to the beautiful @thesearanchlodge to celebrate the newest Tatcha product, the Memory Cream. Pulling inspiration from Okinawan principles, as well as highlighting the importance of memory, we wanted this retreat to be a time for guests to pause and reflect. Guests spent their time between various activities (tea blending, ceramic glazing, stargazing, and yoga to name a few), all while taking in the stunning backdrop of the California coast. Every activation had a direct tie to Okinawa longevity practices and ikigai (生き甲斐), a ‘reason for being.’
This was the first brand trip @maison.ko has produced and it was no small feat. Couldn’t have done it without our team, our vendors (old and new), the entire Sea Ranch staff, as well as everyone at Tatcha and @infinitycre8ive .
