Abi grew up in rural North Wales - naturally cementing a deep, lifelong connection to the natural world and the landscape that surrounds her.

“Abi’s love of creation shows in her paintings. She expresses the grandeur of creatures and their homes, but doesn’t neglect the details. Expect to see the beautiful ebbs and flow of watercolour paints, met by tight line and fine detail. Balance is a theme through Abi’s work, reflecting the fragility of the world we live in. We’re so excited to welcome David Chill of Versatility in Print back for another Magic Print Fair! David will be doing hot foiling demos on the day - which we are really looking forward to!
Versatility in Print (VIP) is a Bromsgrove-based print and design studio, established in 2003. With over 20 years of industry experience, VIP is one of the few businesses still offering traditional hand-crafted Hot Foil Printing.
This small, family-run company specialises in Hot Foil Printing, Digital Printing, and Graphic Design, combining skilled craftsmanship with a personal, customer-focused approach.
For the market David will have a range of paper and type for sale - so do pop over and check out his hot foiling demos and stock.

“I'm usually inspired by the world around me, taking a lot of inspiration from the characters and narratives that can be seen in everyday life. Recently I've enjoyed working in both illustration and animation, trying to combine the two to create functional works that can have multiple uses. I think there is an importance for both printed, physical media that you can touch and feel, as well as introducing movement and animation into the digital illustration world.”

The majority of Mandy’s work centres around linocut printing, with a focus on single-colour prints inspired by the shifting seasons as observed in her suburban garden. Alongside her prints, she also offers a small range of lino-printed notebooks, and—during the festive season—a selection of 2D lino printed wooden baubles and linen lavender bags.
Her collection also includes a limited range of tea towels and greetings cards, all featuring digital reproductions of her original prints.
Committed to sustainability, Mandy makes creative use of misprints and offcuts by transforming them into unique, framed print collages—ensuring that nothing goes to waste!
