This weekend!! I will only be doing a select few fairs this year, as I am currently doing an MA, so if you need to stock up on your swearies, come along on Saturday or Sunday! What a most wonderful market at @thefoldbransford yesterday! It was pretty nonstop, with lots of lovely sales thank you so much to all my lovely customers! Thank you to all the lovely people at The Fold for having me at the markets, and all my wonderful fellow marketeers! It has been an excellent year, and I shall miss you all next year! I am taking a year out from markets and letterpress to do an MA and focus on my books. (Although I will be doing the Stroud Wayzgoose in March, and there is a possible Magic Print Fair in the works, so I won't be completely absent!) Hopefully in 2027, printing magic will resume! Yesterday @inkedprintfestival 🌞😊! Brilliant setup and quality of the work was through the roof! Congratulations to Nichola @theyardprintstudio for organising this wonderful event! 🩲🩲A Pants Announcement 🩲🩲 Just to let me awesome pants customers know that I won't be sewing any new pairs of Magic Pants next year! I won't have a sewing space and I will be focussing on my publishing work and doing an MA! I will have stock at the Artisan Market at the Fold this Sunday, and can make and ship orders up til xmas, then I shall be on a pants break. Abi Eleri @abieleri Abi @abieleri is a Bristol based artist and illustrator, whose work we really do love - so we’re super pleased that she will be joining us for our Magic Print Fair on Saturday 25th October. Abi grew up in rural North Wales - naturally cementing a deep, lifelong connection to the natural world and the landscape that surrounds her. Here’s a little bit of background from Abi - “Abi’s love of creation shows in her paintings. She expresses the grandeur of creatures and their homes, but doesn’t neglect the details. Expect to see the beautiful ebbs and flow of watercolour paints, met by tight line and fine detail. Balance is a theme through Abi’s work, reflecting the fragility of the world we live in.
