i found out i still love running this year and have some fire photos & a feature in Nike’s “Find Your Fast” campaign with the greatest marathoner ever to show for it 😎⚡️🙏🏾 - 1000 miles later and i can’t help but be thankful for all I got to learn about myself and life along the way fr - shoutout to @gumbofit & @nikechicago for creating the space for this to happen and for all of the new friends i met along the way. i’m proud of what we were able to accomplish this year, here’s to more miles, more sleep, more records, allat in twenty22 💫

At Hammer & Hope, we’re determined to help build something better for everyone, and to uplift the stories of people committed to doing the same. unfortunately @universe it’s gonna take a lot more than overheating and puking my way to a 3:26 at the london marathon, needing an emergency meeting at the u.s. embassy for passport drama, being denied a way home by the french & and the british, getting food poisoning from trying seafood paella in the canary islands, and seeing my sunshine @kingjames have his heart ripped out by ant on 3G phone service at 2am on the tube to spoil my joie de vivre but i commend the effort
