The journey inward is the only way to truly return home. Resonate is an ongoing monthly series with @resonatesoundjourney & friends. This immersive breath and sound experience is an invitation to navigate your inner landscape and reclaim your wholeness. This event I will be joined with @magic.atl & @thepathtomoksha ! Throughout 2026, we follow the natural rhythm of the elements, moving through a cycle of Earth, Fire, Water, and Air using each as a lens for our work. While the foundation of every session is rooted in conscious breathwork and live sound healing, the experience evolves each month. Benny is often joined by a revolving guest list of facilitators and collaborators to bring new textures and perspectives to the space. Together, we create a high integrity container to help you shift how you think, act, and move through the world. Join us to move from the thinking mind into the feeling heart. SESSION FOCUS: EARTH We begin our journey with the element of Earth. Before we can rise or transform, we must first find our footing. This session focuses on the foundation: quieting the nervous system, rooting into the present moment, and meeting ourselves exactly where we are. The Focus: Stability and belonging within the body. The Breath: Grounding, rhythmic, and steady. The Sound: Deep earth frequencies, drums, didgeridoos, gongs, and more.

A little trip down memory lane to earlier this year when we collaborated with @realfluffycloud and @bad_chroma to bring you Cloud 9, an immersive sound bath. Fluffy Cloud provided us with a warehouse and their 60,000-watt spherical overhead sound and lighting installation. We were tasked with designing the sensory lounge and experience programming. For that, we brought on resident artist Kofi Ksa @magic.atl and Tre @getbywizard to anchor the experience with a live sound journey blending indigenous instruments with ambient layers, amplified through the Hennessy sound system, and paired with reactive LED lighting. Guests floated beneath the Cloud on trampolines as sound, light, and vibration moved through the body. Our sensory lounge centered on tactile curiosity, comfort, and communal energy. It featured: – Custom botanical cocktails – Cannabis beverages sponsored by @drinkbrez and @drinkkavahaven – Fidget tools, sensory toys, and playful tactile stations – Open conversation zones designed for slowing down and connecting This project was a reflection of The Bardo’s approach to experiential design: crafting environments that engage the full body and awaken new ways of relating to self, to others, and to space itself for brands and collectives alike. We had the honor of collaborating with @tedxatlanta and @soldancemovement to create a low-sensory refresh room for this year’s TEDx conference—a soft, grounding space for participants to rest, reset, and regulate in between the talks. No photos made it out (which honestly speaks to how restful it was), but trust—it was a vibe. Dim lights, gentle textures, botanical infusions, and soft energy all around. And the magic didn’t stop there—@magic.atl and @potentflora presented a sample of their immersive installation “SENSE”, offering attendees a portal into presence through layered light, sound, and intention. “The times are urgent; let us slow down.” – Bayo Akomolafe I didn’t grow up celebrating Christmas at home. It wasn’t a big event in my family—but every year, I would spend it with my grandfather. Those moments with him shaped my understanding of the season. It wasn’t about gifts or decorations; it was about presence. His quiet strength and simple gestures made the holiday feel sacred. We would always do little work around the house and see him sipping on his coke and bourbon. Since his passing, Christmas has taken on a deeper meaning. It’s become a time to honor my connection to him and to my ancestors. Through ceremony, I light candles, reflect on the wisdom passed down to me, and celebrate the bond that continues to guide my life.
