In this world, makeup wasn’t just about beauty. It was about creating portals. Being in charge of the makeup team, we worked with
@danessamyricksbeauty Infinite Chrome Flakes, letting the colors shift like galaxies across the skin. Paired with
@patmcgrathreal Glass Skin 001 (the magic of this stuff is phenomenal)
@jamescharles Sisters palette with it’s vibrant colors and some
@mehronmakeup colors, we built luminous, reflective layers that caught every light, making the models feel almost otherworldly.
Through a series of meetings, intentional prep, blending, and texture play, we created looks that felt alive with a futuristic touch yet grounded in ancestral glow. Each face told a story, bridging history with imagined futures.
Ama’s Salon reminded us of the power of collaboration, imagination, and our openness to try new things, experiment with new techniques, and keep pushing the boundaries of makeup artistry.
