I had the most beautiful birthday weekend spent with some of my favourite people in the most glorious weather 🌞 I’m so grateful Matt was back on his feet so we could have a lovely day exploring round Manningtree and seeing friends 🫶
Then S U N D A Y - I was absolutely spoiled by my soul sisters @thenourishco and @emma_gozza you girlies gave me my dream day! Amazing food, a trip out on the water, cake, making our own sage bundles, laying in the sunshine together, all perfectly rounded off by mac’n’cheese round the fire as we watched the full moon rise 🌝 (& got chased out the garden by a sodding Billy Witch we accidentally summoned) 🧚♀️

I had another amazing treatment today with @lauraroselifestyle and we were talking about how much nature can teach us, and how really simple things are and that nature flows so effortlessly, but we humans try and force control and end up making life harder for ourselves 🫠 Laura commented on how gracefully trees lose their leaves, and I said I’d noticed just this morning that all the trees seem to be taking it in turn to shed, like they’re supporting one another through their time of letting go.. I also said how much I learn from Lobo, my mushroom hunting compadre, how he stretches every time he stands, and physically shakes it off when he experiences pain.. so I guess move more and shed gracefully, the seasons change and so do we.. 🍂

✨ This past weekend ✨
I won’t be able to capture the magic of this weekend in a post, nor do I want to, some things are to be kept sacred.. but I had the most incredible time on retreat with @thenourishco and was able to fully clock off and be in guest mode which was amazing! The theme of the retreat was Nourish & Play, and it did exactly what I said on the tin - head to toe nourishment from yin yoga to massage and sound baths, and so much play from exploring the woods and decorating biscuits and beautiful cacao mugs in a workshop led by @croucher.li 🌞 I didn’t get many photos because k was a jammy sod and turned my phone off for 3.5 days 💃
I have come back from this weekend feeling more myself than I have in months, April just knows how to weave absolute magic and share it with us all! I’m a lucky recipient of this magic and an incredibly proud friend.. you smashed it girl! 🫶
Cannot wait for January with new retreat friends and more magic to be woven.. ✨

What a bloody year it’s been - we’ve been to London, Manchester, Barcelona AND Luxembourg, we’ve had impromptu headshot sessions at events, you’ve given me some incredible opportunities, taught me so much and supported me in my growth both professionally and personally, @catnot.kat it is a pleasure to work alongside you side you while you build your empire, and to occasionally, get very very drunk with you 🫠 Here’s to many more years of me following you round like personal paparazzi 📸
Not only was Thailand a trip I’d been dreaming about for literally 10 years, but I got to do it with my best mate which was a damn treat! Matt appreciation post to be honest 🫡

We went to Thailand in March, and yes it’s taken me this long to post about it 🫠 the tiniest fraction of a sodding epic 2 week adventure with my top bean ✌️mucho beers were consumed, many epic sunsets viewed, 58 games of monopoly deal, and yes the mango was the best I’ve had in my life 🫠
Latitude you succulent son of a bitch, what a weekend with these absolute legends 🤘 celebrated my best buds birthday, saw some epic bands, and only tried to do one headstand in a hedge 🤸🏻♀️
