Well In a word….buggered some of you may or may not know but towards the end of last year I had a horrible crash on my push bike ending in a fracture dislocation on my left leg ended up having a week in hospital, 2 surgery’s and a metal plate fitted to my foot and lower half of my leg with 3 months in a cast and 6 months of on going physiotherapy it’s been a lot to handle mentally and physically to know I’ll never be the same way I once was at the time of writing this I’ve managed to stay positive re learning how to walk, stretch and move properly again so much so I’ve managed to go back to my trade and feeling a lot better aiming to get back on the bikes and having the drive to make the rest of the year as best as it can be I really need to thank all the nurses and doctors who fixed me and all my family and friends that helped and supported me especially @muzzgnar who physically held my foot together until the ambulance arrived 45 minutes later so it’s time to get busy living and Grafting cheers - Rab 👍🏼 (tried to keep all the gruesome photos out) #recovery #brokenbones #bikecrash #physiotherapy #redemtioniscoming
