This crew was truly special; we collaborated, supported each other’s creativity, and everyone genuinely lifted each other up. Anna brought us all together, and Jason took me under his wing. Their leadership showed me the kind of leader I want to be. They made everyone feel like a valued member of the team and treated us with dignity and genuine compassion. This set was exemplary of what’s possible when artists feel seen, heard, and appreciated. When you love and support your crew from the top down, they do their best work. You can work incredibly hard and still love what you do and who you do it with. Mark and Amy are an absolute joy—thank you for your trust and commitment to taking care of your crew. The hair and makeup team—Erin and Jenny—were incredible. I’d drop anything to work with all of them again. Forever grateful for this experience. Thank you Anna and Jason for bringing me on.
