Finding ways in my life to slow down and relax my nervous system genuinely has become a LARGE pillar of musts in my everyday life. (That retired competitive dancer in me needs it most fr)
Iām so honored and blessed to be partnering both with @life.in.frequency@soundgarden.co and @mysticmillvalley to bring to you a session of no expectations and relaxation while leaning into creativity š„ŗ
The first draft was actually a watercolor and sound session but @mysticmillvalley took it a step further to suggest neurographic art (a therapeutic art form developed by psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014, designed to bridge conscious thoughts with the subconscious by drawing spontaneous, organic lines to reduce stress and foster positive change)

Thatās exactly my goal here to reduce any form of expectation with art, step into deep relaxation and surrender the nervous system for 90 minutes.
