Why We Made MADE:
From a single spark to a shared mission. MADE was created to challenge, support, and uplift local artists through exhibits built around one creative prompt. Each project explores how a single idea can inspire many and help build a more equitable art community in Nashville.
Join us for our latest exhibit, @stateofmindexhibit , on July 19 from 3 to 10 PM. Tickets start at $10.

Introducing Render: The Art of Process presented by MADE Foundation in partnership with Nashville Design Week.
As with every MADE exhibition, we asked artists of every medium to respond to a single prompt. Render invited artists to make their process visible. For 30 days, 77 Nashville artists explored the idea of creation being more than a final product.
On Thursday, November 6, their work comes together for one night only.
Thursday, November 6
7–11 PM at White Hall, East Nashville
Tickets live at renderexhibit.com
“I first joined MADE back in 2022 for the Dopamine exhibit, and it honestly shifted how I see my own creativity. Instead of just making for work, I’ve been more inspired to create for myself. It pushed me out of my head, connected me with so many local creatives, and gave me resources I didn’t even know I needed. Definitely a game-changer for my artistic life.” - Ami

“People don’t need dentist-office art. They need weird stuff.”
Art should challenge, disrupt, and speak to something.
