@parkwood fam for giving me a shot. We made a film that I am immensely proud of. I pushed myself beyond what I knew I was capable of creatively and gained a new family along the way. It is an honor and a privilege to work with one of the greatest artists of all time.
This past summer, I went back out on the road again for Act II. I was also lucky enough to shoot some of the visuals for this tour.
Cowboy Carter was a ride. So many stories, so many different formats, so, SO many steps per day. Had a blast shooting 16mm + 35mm (shout out to
@frankmobilio for letting me fly the LT with the 1000’ mags 💙).
Capturing these tours takes a village. I’ve gotten to work with some of the best in the biz. That being said, I would be remiss to be hosting an IG that centers women in cinematography and not shout out my girl, Shaquana Golding
@whyshaquana . Shaquana and I have been in the trenches on these tours. She’s one of the most talented people I know. If you don’t know her work already, ya should.
