I FCKN’ LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!
We had a photoshoot planned with Esmee a.k.a.
@lintwurm in the morning and we had to reschedule our shoot with
@van.tastik because he, like a true diva, arrived a little TOO fashionable late for his previous Porky & Dorky date so HE ended up on the same day as Esmee…
So….. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED…
We wanted to shoot Esmee as Leeloo Dallas from the 5th Element movie, this was the original plan, asked
@jaffithlevy to do the styling and
@maces.work for make-up…
Then I thought: “Both Esmee and Cris a.k.a.
@van.tastik are such amazing, unique personalities, maybe we can shoot them together…”
Now what I love most is this… I told them both that the shoot was gonna be The Cramps meet gothic hillbilly inspired and that’s ALL I told them, they brought their own outfits and…

@jelleinmyear and myself ordered some weird gothic backdrops, took them into Swine Alley and completely improvised what might just be my favorite shoot this year so far…
Sometimes it’s so liberating to not shoot for “The brand” or “likes” Sometimes you got to shoot because it’s very unhealthy to keep all your great ideas inside, the world needs beauty in the margins and the need to create for the sake of creating…
