Sunderland Street in Macclesfield remains closed.
According to the One Network (which is publically available to view) the road closure could be in place until the 15th May, to carry out emergency gas works.

Many of you will know Patty from the work she does with Macclesfield Community ArtSpace creating the fantastic animals for our Lunar New Year parades. But she also does lots of other things and has taken over a unit in the Grosvenor Centre for 6 weeks where is is running drop in sessions and workshops.

The bin outside TGJones which was put in by Cheshire East Council as part of the Macc on Foot project has been broken for a while now and litter was starting to build in the street.
Our Rangers have sourced one of the old style bins and replaced it. Hopefully people remember to use it!
