What an Eggtoberfest! We had a blast at our 2nd Big Green Egg Eggtoberfest, cooking with Demkota Beef and assisting Darkside of the Grill and Lords of the Egg. Our Beef Tenderloin with bone marrow, mushroom duxelles, pickled red onion, Tsar Nicoulai caviar, and chives was a winner! đ đ„

Last year, we were fortunate to secure two exclusive barrel picksâeach one carefully selected by our team to reflect who we are as a group. If youâve ever spent time with us, you know weâre all about enjoying great company while doing what we love most.
Weâre excited to share that weâve added two more selections this yearâanother bourbon and a tequila. Weâll be hosting several release events throughout the year where all four of our barrel picks will be available for purchase. Weâre also working on additional ways to make them accessible beyond our in-person events.
