Forschungswerkstatt in der @wienbibliothek mit A u n d O . 🪜🔡📜 Seit einem Jahr graben wir in Archiven, literarisch. Schreiben, zeichnen und entwickeln auf Basis des Gefundenen *neue* Schriften. In den Fokus schlichen sich dabei zwei fast vergessene Gestalter*innen: Elfriede Goldschmid und Willi Bahner. Diese Funde inspirieren die Schriftentwürfe unserer »Pflegestätte für Schriftkultur« im Werden. In diese Arbeit geben wir euch einen ersten Einblick, am 16. September 2025, 17:00 Uhr in den Loos-Räumen der Wienbibliothek, Bartensteingasse 9, 1. Stock, 1010 Wien Bleiben’S uns wohlgestimmt!

+++BEST BOOK DESIGN FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD 2026+++ We are delighted to announce that the Institute of Urbanisms publication „Territorial Urbanism Now!” has won an Honorary Appreciation Award at the „Best Book Design from all over the World“ competition. For more than 50 years, Stiftung Buchkunst (@stiftungbuchkunst ) has been promoting the exemplary design of commercial books and providing them with a highly regarded forum. This year, an independent five-member international jury highlight 14 outstanding books from nearly 600 entries and 33 countries, all oft them winners of national competitions.
