We are excited to share the next installment in our Leading the Evolution of Construction series!
In this episode, you’ll hear from Kent Ridgley, VP of Operations at @M3Components , as he shares his perspective on how industrialized construction is becoming the new standard and reshaping how we build, collaborate, and innovate.
Kent reflects on the power of collaboration, the daily inspiration he draws from his team and industry peers, and why this shift is more than a trend—it’s a movement.

On Monday, M3C hosted a Gemba Walk for Lean Construction Blog's Lean Project Delivery Conference. Industry experts toured our 340,000 SF advanced manufacturing facility, where 5 trades are fabricated under one roof and one-piece flow keeps production lean and continuously moving.
Thank you to all of the attendees who made it out and to Lean Construction Blog for the opportunity to showcase our new facility.
If you weren't able to make it or want to schedule a tour, reach out directly or request a tour on our website at the link in our bio.
✨ Topped out at @ucsc Kresge Town Hall! This historic gathering place is being reimagined as the campus’s primary event venue, featuring a new auditorium with integrated AV and a second‑level student lounge designed for connection and collaboration. Proud to help bring this space back to life for the next generation of Kresge students.

On May 11th, we are opening the doors to our new manufacturing facility in Sacramento to host a Gemba walk as part of the 2026 LEAN Project Delivery Conference.
Walk the production line and watch how five trades come together under one roof: metal-stud framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and piping. See how our streamlined assembly process takes multi-trade prefabication from concept to a repeatable, scalable option.
We hope to see you there on May 11th!
Meet Joe Martinez, the Pod Lead, setting the quality standard in our manufacturing facility. From first build to final shipment, nothing leaves without his sign-off.
His day revolves around his team. Setting them up with the right tasks, the right tools, and making sure what goes out the door reflects the standard of excellence he holds himself to. That part has always been non-negotiable for him.
"Take pride in good craftsmanship and the products we send out."
Rooted in family and a deep respect for the craft, Joe leads the same way he builds. With standards that don’t budge.
A closer look at how Sutter Health Folsom Care Complex is progressing on two fronts.
In our manufacturing facility, the team is busy fabricating MEP overhead racking assemblies and prefabricated wall panels with integrated MEP for Level 2. On-site, wall panels and MEP components are delivered throughout the week and installed daily. If you drive by today, you can see that the Level 3 wall panel installation is nearly complete!
Same project, two very different settings, both moving at the same time. Industrialized construction is what makes this parallel progress possible.

The Sutter Health Folsom Care Complex has hit a major milestone. The first fully finished volumetric pod is officially complete!
Teams from Boldt, Boulder Associates, Buehler Engineering, and Sutter Health visited our manufacturing facility to review, share final feedback, and sign off ahead of full production. M3 Components will enter full production of volumetric pods in the next few weeks.

Our team is hard at work assembling prefabricated wall panels with integrated MEP headed for future healthcare facilities.
Each component is built to plan and spec, staged for shipment in pristine condition, and pre-inspected. The moment it hits the jobsite, it's ready for installation
When our customers count on us, it's all hands-on deck. That's the M3C standard.

We are proud to share another WIC Week spotlight featuring Nicole Cervantes, Electrical Foreman for @m3components !
Nicole's path into construction was unexpected, but it turned out to be exactly where she was meant to be. In a short time, she grew from learning the fundamentals of electrical work to leading a team as an Electrical Foreman at M3 Components' Manufacturing Facility.
Thank you, Nicole, for the dedication you bring to Mark III every day. We're grateful to have you on the team!
The M3C team has been putting in the work, and today we took a moment to celebrate it.
We're proud to say we recently wrapped up the production of wall panels and volumetric pods for UC Santa Cruz Kresge Hall. We couldn't be more proud of the team that made it happen! 🎉
Mass production meets precision ➡️ wall panels for healthcare.
We're manufacturing a significant volume of full-height wall panel assemblies at our facility for a medical office building project. Our controlled environment and streamlined processes ensure every panel meets exact specifications with consistent quality, no matter the throughput.
The result? Less material waste, faster and safer field installation, and dependable performance from start to finish. Dialed-in offsite production sets the rhythm, making sequencing predictable and onsite execution smooth and seamless.
