life moves so fast in new york city- i move on from things too quickly and start rushing to accomplish the next best thing. waking up one morning and seeing my face on @kyliejenner ’s feed was such a surreal, i did it moment- everything really hit me then.
if you know me offline, you know that creating in a big city has always been my dream. you also may know that i lived with a chronic illness- i was in constant pain, every day of my life, until pretty recently. after a lifetime of being misdiagnosed, misunderstood, pumped with meds that didn’t work, and missing out on things a kid should have been able to enjoy- one of my experimental treatments finally worked, just in time for college and right before signing with my agency. after living in pain for so long, eventually i came to the conclusion that i would never be able to truly follow my dreams with a body that was constantly fighting itself. i finally feel free.
