being in between cities while working on school and my modeling career, my time for my passions has flip-flopped. a couple years ago i spent more time with my business, and had modeling as a fun thing on the side. because of this change, i haven’t been able to take on as many clients and personal projects as i would like to.
this weekend i decided i needed to work on something personal before school starts back up. i have had this idea brewing in my head for about two years now, but have never gotten around to executing it. i knew eve would be perfect for it, and i was so glad she was around last-minute to help my vision come to life!!
i have always been very inspired by greek statues, especially the way sculptors made cloth drape over the human body. i wanted to draw inspiration from those statues, along with ideas from ethereal sci-fi elements like fairies, sirens, alien invasion, and other woodland creatures.
the photos aren’t in an exact order, but as i was shooting, i imagined a character exploring a woodsy fantasy world, encountering different scenarios. i’ll leave the rest up for you to interpret :) i hope you enjoy these as much as i do!!
