The photos are in!!! Firstly thank you to @timewithalex.co for taking these amazing shots of our cake! Our winning cake design from the recent @internationalcakeshowaustralia Haute Couture Wedding Cake Designer of the year award. Due to the fiasco with airlines and arriving a day later, we missed out on having professional photos of our cake which meant we had to wait till we arrived home, re-made all the broken sugar flowers and finally get some epic photos taken. I’m still pinching myself over our win but mostly remembering that amazing time I had meeting new people, seeing old friends and sharing the stage with some of the most talented cake artists I have ever met. Thank you again for everyone’s support, the amazing volunteers and organisers of the Brisbane cake show. See you next year!!!

I am thrilled to be nominated for the 2026 ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Award HAUTE COUTURE WEDDING CAKE DESIGNER OF THE YEAR AWARD. It’s such an honour to be amongst the 34 global nominees.
