I’m a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and full-time solo traveler with 4+ years of teaching experience. My classes blend my training background in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Hatha to build strength, improve flexibility and mobility, encourage playfulness, and create space for deep opening. On the mat, I hope to create an environment where students can listen to themselves, stay curious in their practice, find mental stillness, and connect to their breath and movement. Whether I’m leading a power vinyasa, restorative flow or guided meditation my goal is for everyone to leave my class feeling grounded, refreshed, and confident.
