We can talk about women's health without talking about the systems that harm women. Women's health isn't separate from racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism or criticism. It's directly impacted by it. At LVL, we don’t pretend wellness happens in a vacuum. We name the systems, we challenge them, and we support women in building routines, strength, and self-trust within the world we’re actually living in. We believe in fighting for a world where health is accessible, safe, and possible for all humans. If that’s what you value too, you’re in the right place.

One of the sneakiest forms of our thinking is the time becomes identity. It's Not just "I missed my workout so this week is ruined" But: “I always do this.” “I can never stay consistent.” “I’m bad at follow-through.” These thoughts can feel true because maybe you’ve had hard experiences. Maybe you’ve started and stopped before. Maybe frustration has turned into a story about who you are. But thoughts are not facts. And past patterns are not permanent identity unless you allow them to be. An easy reframe to practice: Instead of: “I always quit.” Try: “I am becoming someone who adjusts instead of starting over.” behavior changed does not come from perfection. It comes from learning how to adapt overtime.

Civic Community Circle has been working hard behind the scenes to put together our very first Community Meal Fundraiser, and I’m so excited to finally invite you! Join us on Sunday, May 31 from 11AM–1PM at Fitz Park in South Salt Lake for an outdoor community gathering featuring food from Spice Kitchen and local chefs while we raise funds for SLC Mutual Aid. This event is about community, connection, good food, and showing up for people in our city who need support. ✨ Family-friendly ✨ All ages welcome ✨ Outdoor playground nearby ✨ Sliding scale tickets We’ll also have simple activities for kids, music, and space to gather together. He definitely not the only one who thought I should be able to handle this better or why can't I handle this better. And when life looks and feels like that the goal is not to execute perfectly. Building the skills to navigate challenging seasons, overwhelm, and resistance will always serve you. Instead of quitting… we adjust.

Most at-home workouts for moms don’t look like this: peaceful, uninterrupted, aesthetic. They look like: half a set… snack break… repeat. 😅 working out at home isn’t always ideal, it's just the most doable option, for me. That’s exactly why I created the LVL Workout Club. Inside, we’ve got: • moms squeezing in workouts between interruptions • moms restarting workouts 3 times and still calling it a win • women taking the same workouts to the gym for the version that works for them In LVL Workout Club you get options that actually fit your life: → full workouts when you’ve got the time → 15-minute dumbbell workouts when you don’t → 10-minute core + mobility when it’s really chaotic → community challenges & cash prizes Some days I finish the whole workout.
