Laxmi Nivas brings striking modernity to the ancient Indian concept of Vastu, which aims to integrate architecture with nature through geometric patterns and directional alignments. The home sprawls symmetrically across an elongated radius, seen most clearly in the curved hallways and illuminated by sliding walls of glass.
Overlooking the rugged Southern Utah landscape, this ultra-modern desert oasis features seamless transitions and stunning architectural moments from entryway to poolside. Between primary spaces skylights illuminate the halls for an uplifting, immersive experience throughout.

Set within the Texas Hill Country, The Peninsula is shaped by light, transparency, and its connection to the landscape. Expansive glass openings frame rolling hills and wide skies, bringing the outdoors into the rhythm of everyday living.
Simulated divided lites introduce a more traditional feel, while the minimal profile of Slide keeps the overall expression clean and modern.

We built around the original home adding over 4,000 sq ft to the residence.
We reframed the layout, extended the structure, while keeping the mid-century style. Matching the low soffits, the shallow pitched roofs and parapet walls to tie it all together.
