Luther’s Market - opening January 2026 at 227 Rutledge and Spring. YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT! We are opening our first market on the peninsula 🥳 Inside you’ll find our scratch made global comfort foods and us (Kiki & Hudson) working in our noodle corner of the shop. Plenty more details & updates to come - Mark your calendars for JANUARY 15 and say hello if you spot us working 24/7 to get our shop up and running. —— We began MamaKeeks hospitality in 2022 with the goal of opening a Market + Eatery - despite patient efforts from our brokers Brooke , Hannah and Reeves - we struggled to find a fit. The past year we adapted to private events and food-trucking because making Luther’s a reality remains our only option. It taught us plenty & the support of Charleston’s food community and love from our customers cannot be understated. We are keeping the truck but for now our plate is FULL with Rutledge 227 in the works. While things officially began around 2022, Mom and I have discussed this since the idea first seeded in Venice Italy about 15 years ago during one of many family vacations. After years, tastes and travels - We’re ready to build a place like home where you can find our global comfort foods. We thank our brokers, the support from charlestons food community and the many people (both from around town and beyond) who found our food truck this past year.
