What a comeback!
We’d like to thank everyone for coming out to our Return show last night at Club Congress. It was a blast debuting new songs and refreshing old ones. It feels good to be back—and with an incredible turnout!
Our “Jellyfish” and "Janus” t-shirts SOLD OUT! Thanks for showing us so much love. More shirts and other pieces of merchandise will be available at upcoming shows, especially as we begin the rollout for our upcoming album. Thanks to our drummer Axel for printing our shirts!
The photos here were taken by the incomparable @corbinrouette . A big thanks to him for capturing our comeback, and to the other bands, @practicallypeople , @bethanyhomeband , and @floats4uu . Be sure to check out their music, especially the former’s new EP fawnskin, which dropped last night!
More shows will be announced soon. If you couldn’t make it to this one, be sure to make it to some of those. Expect more sneak peeks from the album, more wearable iconography, and the fulfillment of your wildest fantasies.
Talk soon,
Lunar Excursion Module
We appreciate your patience.
On March 20th, 2026, we'll be returning to the stage at Club Congress in support of @practicallypeople alongside @bethanyhomeband and @floats4uu .
The band, with our new members, has put together a titillating setlist of old and new songs, and potentially even a cover. You can expect new merchandise at this show and upcoming shows this summer as well.
As we finish writing our fourth studio album, we're looking forward to beginning the recording process soon, during which the band will take another small break. Until then, we hope to see you at a few shows; more will be announced soon.
Thank you for your continued support. We're excited to give you a sneak peek of the new music we've been working on.
See you there,
Lunar Excursion Module
It’s been a while.
We’d like to bid a fond farewell to our bassist, Lily. We’re grateful to have played with her these past two years, and we wish her the best in her future pursuits.
We’d also like to welcome our new bassist, Lola. We’re thrilled to work with her, on stage and in the studio.
Additionally, our drummer, Finn, is leaving… the drums. He’ll be expanding our keyboard and synthesizer sound palette, to free up the focus of our lead guitarist Rowan. We’re looking forward to an exciting new array of sounds with a curious variety of kooky synths and percussion.
On that note, Lunar Excursion Module is looking for a drummer.
We’re seeking someone with great talent, commitment, and love of the game. We encourage you to share this opportunity with your friends and family. Spread the word. Please email [email protected] if you’re interested.
In light of these updates, Lunar Excursion Module has no shows currently planned. We’ll keep you updated as the situation updates. In the meantime, we’re continuing to write our fourth studio album, featuring new and captivating sounds to shock the world. We’ll see you live and in person in 2026.
Thanks,
L.E.M.
