As 2025 comes to a close, the year of the Wood Snake in the Chinese zodiac, I think about its significance. It was a year of renewal and growth that I naturally craved and embraced. This is the most aligned Iβve ever felt with myself, who I am and my destiny.
I visited the Sensoji temple in Japan on my birthday around the beginning of The Year Of The Snake, where I prayed over myself and my life. I drew a favorable omikuji (paper fortune), much to my delight because I knew it would be. I choose to bring the new found wisdom, mystery, charm and assurance with me to the next year and the next and the next and the nextβ¦.

Summer 2024.
Summer may be the most preferred season, but Iβm learning to appreciate the colder ones as well. Thereβs more clarity and calmness present for me. I have more time to reflect and work on the things I want to come to fruition once summer comes around again. Until thenβ¦.γγγγ
