Today's #techkills @12roundsboxing class ended up being a one2one. That said, it was a pleasure dealing with such a nice talent. Having the chance to give him the attention he deserves and noticing how quickly he understands principles, makes adjustments and execute it was very fullfilling but most of all, it took my mind away from the horrific news I everyday wake up to.

Today was one of those days when the voice of the sabotaging Demon had been the loudest in a long time.
And my demon shouts louder than the curva sud and the curva nord together. Especially in situations like the one that ended up waking me up at 2am last night. Something that in the moment I perceived like a gross betrayal from a very important person ( ifnot the most) at this stage of my life.
Tears dropped down my face after the last bell. I was happy I was there and I made the right choice. Thank you lord for giving me the strength and the health.
