THE HEIR Look 8 ~ Finale ~ Book of Janus AW26 A 3 tiered Princess’ tracksuit cut from deadstock cotton jersey fleece, naturally dyed with fallen eucalyptus and wattle leaf matter. Jacket features upcycled faux fur cuffs and hood, reclaimed from a second hand vintage vest. Slim silhouette constructed with pouch pocket, teardrop-dome shoulder padding and rib knit thumbhole cuff. Drapes of scavenged-fibre latch-hooking hang from the shoulders and connect across the back. Overskirt features a frill of double box-pleating around the waist. Below this, camouflaged in the voluminous tattered drapery you will find a storybook of lasercut medieval iconography. Underskirt showcases the lasercut negatives of these motifs on its tattered train hem. ‘Table top’ understructure fashioned from upcycled Perspex and plywood layers, a rounded foam edge and worn via suspension belt. THE ORACLE Look 7 ~ Book of Janus AW26 White goatskin leather bolero jacket, sporting a rabbit fur collar, upcycled from a broken, donated vintage coat. Spherical shouldered sleeves with pointed lace-up cuffs frame the silhouette. The leather constructed face of Janus stares out from the back of the garment, between a fringe of scavenged silky latch-hooking. Fully developed on CLO3D. Deadstock bamboo jersey hooded dress worn underneath, with a large double cowl hood and neckline construction. Featuring ribbed armholes and 7 rolled jersey appliqué stripes which snake down from the head to the waist. Fully developed on CLO3D. THE BISHOP Look 6 ~ Book of Janus AW26 Deadstock wet-look nylon modular puffer jacket. Covered in arch motifs, silk-lined and padded with upcycled duvet stuffing. Detachable zip-on spherical shouldered sleeves and hood, allowing for multiple silhouettes. Detailed with exterior and interior pockets, front zip shield, ribbed thumbhole cuffs and a liturgical stole-like hood extension. Fully developed on CLO3D. Long Kilt and liturgical stole belt. Cut from deadstock wool twill with flared pleating on either-side, reinforced with rivets below the hip. Digitally printed medieval tartan fabric and screen printing feature on the belt and left-side pleating. Black leather laser cut logo patch on back waistband. Fully developed on CLO3D. ‘Fallen mitre’ slouch balaclava. Knitted from Australian mohair by @chris_daod and embellished with a dark beard of scavenged-fibre latch-hooking. THE CAVALIER Look 5 ~ Book of Janus AW26 Minkback leather jacket, three values of brown goatskin leather combine with a rich auburn fur, reclaimed from a generations old, torn, donated mink coat. A shoulder mass of scavenged fibre latch-hooking echo these warm colours. Front features our white ‘battlefield’ screen print across the chest, inseam silk-lined front pockets and high neck fur collar. Sleeves consist of original teardrop dome shoulder padding, elbow padding, pointed cuff and rib knit under-cuff with thumbhole. Jacket is completed with centre back zip up sword sheath. Upon a pair of deadstock cotton jersey fleece dropped shorts. Base textile naturally dyed with eucalyptus and wattle leaf matter. With a hand painted dry brush white dapple layered on top. Then contorted into voluminous folds within the spaced eyelet cuffs and waist 3 rolled wool jersey drawstrings. To imitate the striking size and coat of a grey dappled horse. Poulaine (pike toe) modded Jordan 1 high with white out silhouette. Its upper embellished with drum skin off cuts and leather scraps. Eucalypt naturally dyed cotton jersey pennant sword-wrap. THE FOOL Look 4 ~ Book of Janus AW26 Sagged denim and Polo dress. Polo section made from deadstock cotton pique, dressed with screen printed script and appliquéd silk organza stripes. Fustic/marigold naturally dyed scrap fabric freying emblems and threes. Upcycled and dyed Levi’s shirt faux boxer gathering, above a hand-faded and distressed baggy caramel weave faux denim short. Crinoline faced hem. Brown leather laser cut logo patch on back waistband. A matching distressed denim and tattered indigo scrap layer make up the drop crotch wide flare jeans underneath. Brown leather laser cut logo patch on back waistband. Naturally dyed jersey fleece capped tracksuit hood with hip-length liripipe. Featuring cord and toggle adjustable channelling, double ended zip front and leather tassel piercing. Rolled wool jersey drawstring.
