A little snow post before we break for spring things ….
The pressure of filming is REAL. Here I am on this beautiful little line, skiing perfect snow, up high in the mountains where my soul is happiest , and I have this reactive, negative dialogue … what the heck! I strive for perfection and am my own biggest critic … I was backseat in the takeoff because I was scared and I knew it wouldn’t “look good” on camera from the moment I took off, but the photo at the end, and hindsight 20/20… there were a lot more beautiful moments than what I felt immediately after skiing this …
Here’s to being more gentle and more understanding of myself !

Same turn , a few different perspectives. We’d been window shopping all afternoon only to decide that we weren’t confident in stability on the lines that we wanted to ski. But soft snow and skiing into the evening sun on on something less steep is pretty awesome too …. Thanks @chugachpowderguides and @dandanstarr for finding the goods.
