I’m a little late to the March Meet the Maker train, but I’m here nonetheless! And I need to be with a name like Lucy ‘March’ Studio…! 🫢 Hello! I’m Lucy, owner and resident stationery geek at @lucymarchstudio ✨ I'm 29 and live in North Wales and a stones throw from Chester over the border in England. I live with my husband George who is an animator and illustrator, and who shares the office and puts up Monday to Friday with the noise of the printer and the Cricut! Sorry George 😘 Lucy March Studio began in 2021 while I was designing stationery for my own wedding at @iscoydpark in Shropshire. I've been a graphic designer for 10 years working in house for companies and agencies but never truly felt I was doing what I really wanted to do. Having always been a lover of craft and all things printed, while planning my own wedding, I fell in love with designing and crafting hand-made wedding stationery! 💍 The meaning behind my business name is quite simple. I’m Lucy and I’m a March born gal and I have a design studio! 🙃 My birthday is in just a couple of weeks - the big 3-0! 🫢 As of early 2022, I took my wedding stationery business full time. It's been going so well and you'll usually find me in the office, knee deep in card, tassels and wax seals. I've always wanted to visit Greece and this trip was everything and more! During this styled shoot we explored so much of the island. From the gorgeous Ammoudi Bay (where the waves were massive!) to the incredible views at Skaros Rock in Imerovigli.
