It will be on display at the @picturebookmakers unpublished childrenās book showcase at the Bologna Childrenās Book Fair in April. I did this crazy painting last year that was a birthday present for a boss that purchased a defunct power plant to turn into a public park. Never thought I would paint robot dogs wearing birthday hats but never say never! Iāve been taking a little break on commissions lately due to some larger projects in the works but hopefully I can get back into it this summer! #lucymichellillustration
Happy world book day! I just wanted to take a moment to share @chanhallpoling and my books; Jack and the Ghost and the Moons. They are available online where one buys books as well as at some local book stores. We have a few things in the works right now so hopefully youāll be seeing another one of our stories in the near future!
Last summer I submitted a childrenās book that I wrote and illustrated, entitled Dancing Babies, to be considered by a large jury of international publishers through @picturebookmakers . It received enough votes to make it to a unique book fair showcase of unpublished childrenās books in Bologna Italy in April, along with 95 other beautiful childrenās books! I wish I could go to see it in action but Iām so honored it was chosen!!!! Huge thank you to @hannahlynchphotography for photographing all my spreads and instilling all her bookmaking wisdom š

This is a little sneak peak of a new tune Iāll be performing with @little_fevers TONIGHT 2/20 along side @pleasurehorsemusic at @cadenzamusicstp in St.Paul this evening. It is a benefit to raise rent funds for SPPS families affected by ICE. All ages event. 6:30 doors.
