Earlier this month, Banter PR took over Grand Central Terminal with Woodford Reserve’s Run for the Roses — serving as both event producer and PR partner behind the larger-than-life activation. 🌹🥃
From 4am load-ins to a 20-foot custom bar and backdrop, vendor stables, and wheeling in a “horse”… this one was a real winner.
Huge shoutout to our mates at @luckydogstudio for the jaw-dropping fabrication and buildout — custom bars, backdrops, columns, floral platforms, fireproofing, and more — and to @citrinetablescapes for staffing, sourcing, and styling a truckload of florals for our 4K rose giveaway.

As the sun set over historic Hamilton’s Mansion, located in The Woodlands in Philadelphia, our elegant chandeliers cast a warm glow over guests as they enjoyed mint juleps and a coursed dinner designed to pair perfectly with Woodford Reserve.
Suspended by natural-feeling arbors designed to mimic the nearby environment and create a floating effect, these iridescent lightpieces were the piéce de resistance to accompany a stunning tablescape by @citrinetablescapes

Kentucky Derby-themed installs are always fun - Check out these snaps from the 2024 @WoodfordReserve Kentucky Derby Disco held at Philadelphia’s @stratusrooftoplounge , where we created the rose-laden “barn door” photo backdrop, accompanying fashion runway, and a game of horseshoes!
Guests (and Goldie) strutted their stuff to compete for prizes while enjoying Woodford Reserve cocktails and amidst a plethora of roses, disco balls, and equine details provided by yours truly.

We had a ton of fun creating this larger-than-life overhead fringe install for @ermarm and @dahavrilla ‘s prom-themed wedding reception at @buildingbok
The gymnasium floor, basketball hoops, and soaring ceiling created the perfect throwback prom vibes - upgraded to feel bright and modern with shimmering fringe, disco balls galore (and plenty of spiked punch)
