As we make our final preparations to start our ascent of Chomolungma, I’d like to once again shine a spotlight on the people who make all of this happen, the Sherpa people. Without their efforts and care, commercial operations on this mountain would not be possible. They make dreams come true and I feel an immense amount of gratitude to work alongside them. For the last 6 years I’ve been sharing laughs, tents and struggles with this magnificent human, Mingma Dorchi Sherpa. What an absolutely impressive man this guy is. I feel so lucky to be on his team.

Glad to have my bud @scottwebstermountain along on this round. The team had a great climb of Mera Peak and with the Mother Goddess looking over us, how could we not.

Fresh down from climbing Lobuche East (6119m) and I have a bunch of video but each clip is over a minute long so it looks like you won’t see any of them here. I’ll chop them up and put them in stories because I don’t know how to post longer vids here.
Buy the sky and sell the sky
and lift your arms up to the sky
And ask the sky and ask the sky
Don’t fall on me
Everest 2026 is here. We have all made this journey because we want to be here. We all have our own reasons to be here and at the root of those reasons is the recognition that Mt Everest is a very special place. The gratitude and appreciation I have for this mountain and her people is far beyond what I can articulate.
Wishing a safe and fulfilling climbing season for all. May you find what you seek.

Tibetan New Year.
Wishing best vibes for all as we move through this time of transition. The heavy and the light all serve us in our search for understanding. Please remember that the truly wise always show empathy and project love.
