It dries clear but when hit with uv light glows and depending on how long u charge it it stays glowing and slowly fades

Sorry I’ve been MIA for a little bit. My car broke down and I’ve been crazy busy moving into a new condo out in #lisle #illinois. It’s been super difficult to find time to paint the last month, but luckily we are finally all settled in and I’m ready to get back to business.
