In 2018, I had the incredible privilege of being photographed by Martin Parr, and captured alongside him by @colinmoody
Martin was a huge inspiration to my work, and I was absolutely chuffed when he surprised me with a visit to my SHOPDIO.
Years before we met, I’d created a series of original paintings inspired directly by his photography—so having him there, in that very space, felt like the most wonderful full-circle moment I’ll treasure forever. ✨
Martin’s vision, generosity, and brilliantly unique way of seeing the world touched countless lives, including ours. Paul and I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with this legend, and we’ll keep his spirit alive in everything we create.
Celebrating a truly great artist and genuinely lovely human.
