NBA HIGHLIGHTS (WITH MY FRIENDS)
As far as I remember, it all started one winter afternoon in 1997, when my cousin Sandro called me to go see Space Jam at the cinema.
I didn’t know much back then, I was 8 years old, but that night I discovered three things that would accompany my life.
Cinema, Editing, and Basketball.
I can still clearly remember the excitement of watching the opening credits. Unconsciously, I was dreaming to be capable of creating something like that. Now, after almost 30 years, with the skills I’ve gained, I needed players to fulfill my dream video.
My projects are always based on people around me, since Michael Jordan was a little hard to reach, I called friends, mostly actresses and actors, that didn't have any kind of experience in basketball, but were ready to have some fun trying.
This video is a tribute to the history of the
@nba , to those players I grew up watching (and collecting their jerseys), and to my young self dreaming to become a director, an editor and a basketball player.
It was made with love by everyone involved.

@dondiwhite1984 , who introduce me to basketball, to my super crew: Luca, Marco, Maria Chiara, and to my amazing players; and to my niece Rosa, who was growing in Ester's belly, while we were shooting.
