This settled my internal debate of sailing the Grenadines v Greek Isles. Water, food, people equally beautiful. Getting to film a powerful story on a yacht did tilt the scales, a little.

Behind the scenes, success is defined by silence. And the only time you notice the network is when itās not working. So teams like the niners put a lot of effort into making sure everything is up and running, safely and securely, so that 70k fans have the best possible experience. š grateful and blessed to once again work with wonderful humans and kick ass filmmakers this week.
Putting three days of storytelling into one day with a high profile customer is only possible when you have amazing chemistry and experience in your team.
We can manage and get by with the ones who know their stuff but can be hard to work with. We find it so hard to work with those who are lovely but bring little to the table.
But when everyone clicks and brings such expertise to the set, wow, that's the magic that this shoot reminded me of.

3 months ago Anton and Richard asked me to swim at the World Aquatics Masters Championships. I hadn't swum or lifted in 7 years. My family dove into the challenge and I'm ever grateful.
To wear the national colours again after 27 years
To sprint
To feel the love of swimming's camaraderie
To feel the support and love of family and friends.
Relays didn't medal, but a couple fourths in the World and I swam Breaststroke!!!??!!
Back to the pool, gym and to what's next.
Honored and grateful.
