The album has been scientifically engineered to keep your houseplants from getting sad while you’re away. Instructions: put these tracks on repeat anytime you leave your home for maximum plant happiness 🌞
Songs for Plants marks a departure from our usual style and writing process. Instead of preparing music for the studio, we locked ourselves in
@studio.niko.audio for a weekend. Bringing only song titles, we let the songs shape themselves around the loosest of prompts
In a feverish blur of reverse engineering, we compiled nearly an hour of songs, worldscapes, and psychedelic surrealism into an 18 track album. Songs for Plants is set for release on October 10th and we will have some events surrounding that
🌿 Living Under a Leaf 🌿 the first track of the album will be popping out of the incubator on Aug 1st. Perhaps the closest thing to Ziggurat we’ve crafted since those early days of Los Toms. We will be doing a little single release shindig for that one as well. More details to come
