The Virginia-born but globally recognized producer Charles Duff (AKA Matrixxman) has been making his mark on the techno landscape for years. His distinctive blend of sounds stay true to his techno roots while taking chances & exploring the sonic unknown. Mechanical, yet groovy and human, Matrixxman delivers energy on the dance-floor meant to stand the test of time.

The M Compilation series is a various artists project launched by Blank Code around Detroit’s Movement Festival, beginning with M1 in 2015 and featuring artists like Luis Flores, Takaaki Itoh, Annie Hall, Truncate, Lindsey Herbert, and Drumcell. For the label, Movement brings together a global community of artists and collaborators, and the M series captures that spirit in a shared release reflecting the energy and connection of the weekend.

Last month, I hosted an Electronic Music Production Workshop in Denver with my collective @unseenmusicofc , in collaboration with my dear friend @jia6am from @6amgroup .
This experience gave me a lot of inspiration and momentum for everything I’ve been building over the past two years. I’m deeply grateful to Jia — for the conversations, the laughter, the advice, and the time. Thank you for trusting me to host this and for supporting what’s ahead.
The workshop brought together artists, ideas, and community in a way that felt truly meaningful.
- Jia guided us through artist mapping and creative direction using. @artistmapby6am
- @jason_timothy_music shared practical Ableton techniques and workflow insights.
- @craigheneveld opened the door into modular synthesis.
- @fckdsko explored body harmonics, turning the audience into part of the experience.

I’m beyond honored to make my debut at the world’s only naturally occurring, acoustically perfect amphitheater. @redrocksco are 300 million years old and the massive 300-foot sandstone walls act as natural amolifiers creating an incredibly clear sound. Just how my favorite geologist shared with me @_earths_child 🌹
Fun fact: I’ve never even attended a show here… and now I get to debut on this stage.
Join me opening the night for @saralandrydj once again. This has turned into a ritual I deeply value—grateful to keep being invited into it.
