What a whirlwind of a week! Feeling so blessed to witness such amazing artists and get to work and play with them ✨
Tony and I started the week with a move to a new spot (featuring porch pup 🐕) and I guess things just kept flowing from there! I taught two hoop workshops in this beautiful space. I learned mouth harp, some new rope dart, and partner poi tricks 🤩
I had the pleasure of creating some fun fans choreo with @giaichzel and @enter.the.circle (full vid to come!) and sharing it in the fire gala with some of the most talented performers 🥂
When things in the world seem too difficult or hopeless it's such a blessing to get to turn to my community and create, learn, and grow with them. Your community is everywhere and anywhere around you. ❤️

Meet Mary Luana ✨
Mary Luana is a seasoned flow artist of 10 years. Her journey began at a music festival and grew within the Texas flow community. Two years ago she sold off all her belongings and left America to travel with her partner, Tony. She has brought her skills to stages in USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Nepal, India, and New Zealand. From hoop, fans, fire eating, dragon staff, and more Luana loves to explore with flow.
Teaching is her passion and she loves to encourage her students to embrace the mistakes and learn through doing. She will be sharing hula hoop classes from beginner to advanced. If you want to learn hula hoop, expand your trick set, or fall back in love with your flow, be sure to check out her workshops!
