Here’s the excerpt of the policies developed and adopted by the European Juggling Association, used for the EJC (one of the biggest annual juggling conventions), that we agree on and would like to share with everyone, as a gentle reminder of a basic nice behaviour. Policy Points - Community Expectations The following lists of examples of welcome and unwelcome behavior come down to being kind and respectful towards others, and taking responsibility for one’s safety and the safety of others during the convention. Welcome Behavior:  a. Treat others with respect and respect their boundaries  b. Ask for consent  c. Attempt collaboration/be a team player  d. Actively help/intervene if you see others in distress/harmful situations  e. Be mindful of others and your surrounding  f. Be respectful of the space  g. Report violations of this behavior (in consent with the impacted person)  B. Unwelcome Behavior:  a. Harassment  b. Violence or threats of violence  c. Intimidation/Exertion  d. Stalking  e. All forms of abuse and discrimination  f. Use of discriminatory/harmful/demeaning language, jokes, insults or symbols  g. Spreading vulnerable information or pictures  h. Inappropriate photography or recordings (example: filming nudity without consent)  i. Inappropriate physical contact/attention j. Tolerating other’s harmful actions/language  k. General disruptive behavior If you see something - say something. If you notice abusive behaviour - please tell the volunteers at the entrance, and our safety team will figure out what to do.  That’s basically it. Prices and tickets As you may know, the convention consists of 2 main parts: the workshops during the day and the shows during the night. You may also already be aware that it is not a lucrative event - but it has some costs that should be covered if we wanna keep it going, yeah.  Deciding on our pricing policy, we wanted to keep the whole event as accessible as possible, especially its essential part - sharing the skills at the workshops.  Hence, we propose multiple options to support the event: 💎 The Ultimate Pass (includes all shows and workshops) - 2000 rup only. Pay once, get a bracelet, and go freely to all shows and workshops. 💪🏼 The Workshops Only Pass (1 week) - 1500 rup. Includes 7 days of access to the workshop area, and comes with a bracelet. 🦾The Workshops Only Pass (1 day) - 300 rup. A stamp that you can get at the entrance to Twice in Nature at any time of the day, which allows you to freely access the workshop area that day.  Access to the shows: 27 jan - the Open stage - at Totem, Arambol - free - Come and show your skills, the stage is yours! Please contact us to subscribe. 28 jan - the Cabaret - at Twice in Nature, Arambol - 300 rup 29 jan - the Renegade show - free - at TBA, Arambol - this jugglers' special party might be the craziest thing you've seen... 30 jan - the Inner Light (ex Fire Night) - at Twice in Nature, Arambol - 300 rup 31 jan - the GALA show - at Twice in Nature, Arambol - 500 rup 1 feb - a fire jam - location TBA - on donation for petrol [please note that The Cabaret, Fire Night and Gala show are paid extra, of you didn't opt for the Ultimate Pass, at the entrance to each show] Want to save a penny? ...and the In_Flow Festival 2026 is wrapped! 🎉😜✨ We hope you enjoyed it 💚 . Endless gratitude to: 💗Each and every one of you, who came, participated, and contributed to the vibe. ⚠️And especially - to all the active volunteers, including the workshop teachers, artists and the org crew. All your good will, creativity, time and effort resulted in the 7 days of workshops, 4 shows, the crazy Renegade and Juggling Games - that's a big production. Now add it to the context: most of us are hippies with a relative attitude to time, compensated by the deep faith that sab kuch milega, AND that's a non-profit event, meaning that it's run on enthusiasm (only 3 persons get paid for their services, so that we can provide videos to the artists). Ain't that a miracle that the convention keeps going? 🙌 Big up to our web designers, banner placement crew, show hosts and planners, videographers, photographers, entrance crew, volunteers crew, workshops planner, fire safety, and all the people who stay in touch during the year to at least try to plan the whole thing better. 🧠A warm thought to all of you who were not here this year, but who contributed their time and heart to the previous editions of the @in_flow_fest and @injuco_official . PS: this last edition we were severely missing people in the core crew. Meaning those who know how things work, what and when should be done, and taking initiative and responsibility. It led unfortunately to multiple burnouts. Some of us doubt that the convention can keep going like that , others don't want to scare you, potential crew member ;) So ⚠️If you are reading this and you feel like keeping the convention going, and you are ready to engage as a (co-)lead for one of the main poles - please drop us a message, and let's decide together how to make the In_Flow better next time 💚 .
