前陣子豆單上有新增了兩款好喝的單品,
終於可以來和大家分享~ · 哥倫比亞水洗粉紅波旁
Washed Pink Bourbon, Los Nogales, Colombia
這支香氣屬於輕盈的檸檬草,有乳酸飲料、蘋果汁的圓潤感,同時帶出一點柑橘、葡萄柚果粒 juice的感覺。

恰到好處的發酵程度,帶出乾淨明確的風味;

and we can finally share the 2 new single origins we quietly added to the menu these past weeks!
· Washed Pink Bourbon, Los Nogales, Colombia
Light lemongrass aroma with a soft lactic acidity, smooth apple-juice sweetness, and touches of citrus and grapefruit pulp.
A classic washed process that still shows off the variety’s delicate texture and full, rounded sweetness — really a beautiful cup!
· Double Anaerobic Washed Heirloom, Guji, Ethiopia
Perfectly tuned fermentation that keeps the cup clean and expressive.
You’ll find dried-rose florals, rich blueberry-jam vibes, and an Earl Grey–like finish in cups. Straightforward, effortless deliciousness.
>> Available as pour-over and 200g whole beans.
They do need a longer resting time. Pick them up earlier so you won’t run out at home while the beans are still resting. :- )

十月,我們受台灣咖啡產業策略聯盟邀請,成為「跑咖台北 @taipeicoffeehopping 」的一員。
這次活動集結了九間咖啡品牌,大家都以台灣咖啡為核心,創作出各自風格的咖啡特調,希望能讓更多人看見並支持台灣在地咖啡。在這幾年許多咖啡人各方面的努力耕耘下,台灣咖啡的樣貌已經越來越優秀和豐富!

這次活動我們以咖啡做了一款豆花,
靈感來自臺灣山海地貌與我們的童年回憶:
利用山中的茶香與果香、海中的鮮味與鹹香為走向,將屬於台灣獨有的樣貌都融入了這一碗豆花甜品。
選用了來自家園莊園 @homestead.2000 優質的蜜處理藝伎為基底,先以較低的粉水比短時間浸泡,並熟成兩天,萃取出乾淨飽滿的風味後,再將冰釀製成糖水,串連了柴魚風味豆花、雙色晶球(紅茶與白柚)及海苔,結合成一碗屬於台灣風味的「咖啡豆花」。 咖島花旁邊也會附上一小杯冰釀,希望讓大家除了以開放、有趣的方式去認識在地咖啡外,也能好好感受今年台灣咖啡最純粹的美味。 * 由於製作過程繁瑣,咖島花 每日限量十份 ,僅限內用 *

Featuring Homestead’s honey-processed Geisha, bonito-infused tofu pudding, dual tea-fruit spheres, and seaweed — all connected by a cold-brew syrup.
A playful way to taste the island, one spoon and one sip at a time.
