Although we look very, very serious standing in the loading dock of our rehearsal room building, we are all quite happy to be nominated for a grant.
I think what folks don't appreciate is that the grant money, when given to a band (in our case at least), would go right back into the local community via recording, mastering, t-shirts, posters etc. It's really a local economic grant for those that are in the ecosystem not just the band themselves. @sonicguildseattlewa
