Dream State was largely written and produced in times of the pandemic, specifically during Lockdown periods — a context that grants the album an air of melancholic isolation. Offering seven songs on a double LP, it marks the collective imprint LOKD’s vinyl premiere.
Merging sounds of Electronica, House and Techno, LOKDLP001 finds its place neatly outside of common categories.

For this edition of the series, we're joined by our friend from Basel, Bauschaum, who takes us on a beautiful journey. Having played at our events before, he's no stranger to our floors a hidden gem whose sets unfold with quiet precision.
Focusing on floW and continuity, Bauschaum creates a space where transitions dissolve into one another almost unnoticed. Motifs emerge, expand, and merge, forming a calm and immersive atmosphere that shifts gently over time. Nothing feels abrupt; everything seems to settle exactly where it belongs.
His approach avoids big gestures, instead is guided bya sharp sensitivity for texture, timing, and space. Tracks are carefully interwoven into a seamless fabric absorbing. With this mixtape, Bauschaum shares a glimps into this process: a set that slowly unfolds, reshapes the room, and leaves a quiet imprint long after it fades.

Ohne Presets komponieren die zwei Künstler auf der Bühne konsequent in Echtzeit und formen mit Hardware dichte, rohe Klangstrukturen. Sie zählen in Basel längst nicht mehr zur Unbekannten und sind irgendwie trotzdem noch ein hidden-gem geblieben.
Die Technik steht wieder in der Mitte des Raums: Maschinen, Kabel, Prozesse – alles sichtbar. Der Fokus liegt hier klar auf dem Moment und der direkten Interaktion mit dem Sound. Wer Clubbing als Prozess versteht und nicht als Hintergrundbeschallung, ist hier richtig.
Zum Start und zum Ende begleiten uns Alissa & Nico Wilde auf der Reise in die sagenumwobenen Tiefen der Nacht.

We have been following Elsa for quite some time now not only being stunned by her DJ sets, but also by her very own productions. Elsa's sound is diverse and playful, yet always driving and straight to the point. hello friends,
honestly i’ve been so disconnected recently due to some difficult times, but i still wanted to take a moment to share something meaningful with you: my newest EP “Diffusion” is out now on my home imprint @lokdbasel ⚡️
this release feels like a milestone for me. a more mature step in my sound, flowing between lush textures, detailed rhythms and immersive atmospheres. each track carries a part of the process i’ve been through lately: reflection, turbulence, but also a sense of release and calm.
i’m very grateful to everyone who has supported me and given me strength through these times. music continues to be my way of processing and expressing it all, and i hope you can find your own meaning in these tracks too.
